Joined WELLWOOD ADVISORS as Representative Director in 2014. Has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
For 8 years before joining WELLWOOD ADVISORS, he was engaged in real estate fund management service, etc. at foreign real estate fund management companies (Phoenix Property Investors, Morgan Stanley Securities).
He has an extensive network and experience in real estate investment. His career achievements in his former job as General Manager of Japan office include involvement in projects with the asset size of 1 billion yen to tens of billions of yen throughout the entire process from sourcing of investment property to its management and sales, and he has also analyzed approximately 1,000 investment properties introduced by approximately 200 clients.
Before he entered in the fund management business, he worked at appraisal division of a real estate developer (Tokyo Tatemono) and was engaged in property appraisal and due diligence service for all types of property such as office, residence, retail, hotel, GMS, golf course, etc. throughout Japan. Before that, he was engaged in construction sales, etc. in a construction company (Shimizu Corporation).
