WELLWOOD ADVISORS (hereinafter, referred to as “the Company” or “We”) shall comply with laws and regulations related to personal information and ensure to handle personal information properly.
1. Acquisition of personal information
The Company shall acquire personal information in a proper manner, not by false pretenses or other unfair means.

Customers’ personal information shall be used only to provide information of our services or respond to customers’ inquiries and requests, or for the purpose indicated at the time the personal information is acquired.
3. Safety control of personal information
The Company shall take necessary and appropriate measures for prevention of leakage, loss or damage of personal information, or other security control of personal information.
4. Consignment of personal information
In case the Company commissions all or part of handling of personal information to a third party, we shall conduct impartial investigation of the third party and perform necessary and appropriate supervision of the third party to ensure the security of personal information commissioned to them.
5. Provision of personal information to third party
Except as stipulated by the Protection of Personal Information Act and other laws, the Company shall not provide personal information to third parties without the customers’ prior consent.
6. Disclosure, correction, etc. of personal information
If a customer requests to disclose his/her own personal information, the Company shall disclose such information promptly.
However, we shall not disclose the information if we cannot verify the customer’s identity.
If any of the personal information held by the Company is incorrect and the customer requests to correct, add or delete it, we shall immediately conduct a proper investigation and respond to the request.
However, we shall not respond to such request if we cannot verify the customer’s identity.
