For 8 years before he joined WELLWOOD ADVISORS, he was engaged in real estate fund management and asset management service, etc. at foreign real estate fund management companies (Phoenix Property Investors, Asia Pacific Land).
He has an extensive network and experience in real estate investment as he was involved in projects throughout the entire process from sourcing/acquisition of income-producing/development property to its management and sales in his former job. While he worked in asset management division, he was involved in value-up and promotion leasing projects for a GMS (located in Kanagawa, store space of 30,000 square meters) and a restaurant building development (located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, 7 tenants) and implemented aggressive approach to increase property value from both hardware and software aspects of property.
Before he entered in the real estate business, he worked in a construction consultant firm (Lendlease) and was engaged in construction management service for clients including Chanel in Ginza, Sapporo Dome, and elementary and junior high schools in the suburb of Chicago.
